ToolTown, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the above listed items to be free from any manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material for the lifetime of the product. ToolTown, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair, or at it's option, replace any product that has been found to be defective.
Limited One Year Warranty
Power Tools - Hydraulic Jacks - Vises
Hoists - Pneumatic Tools - Ladders - Air Hoses
Welding Equipment - Pressure Washers
Air Compressors - Generators - Trash/Water Pumps
ToolTown, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the above listed items to be free from any manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material for a period of one year from the date of purchase. ToolTown, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair, or at it's option, replace any product that has been found to be defective.
Canopies/Carports
ToolTown, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of canopies and carports to be free from any manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material until the package has been opened and inspected within one year from the original date of purchase. If at the time of inspection, all parts are free from defect the warranty is null and void. ToolTown, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair, or at it's option, replace any product that has been found to be defective.
The original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims.
Canopies and carports are not covered under this warranty for snow and wind damage.
Items marked "Final Sale" on the sales receipt are not subject to these warranties.
These warranties shall be voided by alterations of the product except by ToolTown, Inc., or tampering with, improper setup or maintenance, accident or misuse. These warranties expressly exclude all damage to these products resulting from careless or neglectful use.
ToolTown, Inc. shall in no event be responsible for any warranty work done without first obtaining ToolTown, Inc.'s written consent.
These warranties are made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties or merchantability for particular purpose. No employee, agent, franchise, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of ToolTown, Inc. Except as provided herein, ToolTown, Inc. shall have no liability or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. Notwithstanding the above limitations and warranties, ToolTown, Inc.'s liability hereunder for damages incurred by the customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the particular product involved.
Return/Exchange Policy
Our online customers receive the same 30 day money back and 90 day exchange policy that our in-store customers receive. In addition, most of our products are covered by our Warranty programs mentioned above. Any item not covered by our Warranty programs will be refunded within 30 days and/or exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. Follow these steps to ensure you are eligible for a refund/exchange:
1. The original receipt must be provided in order to claim a refund or exchange.
2. The product must be returned in the original purchased condition & packaging.
3. An Authorization # must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to shipping the goods.

All freight charges are prepaid, for example, the customer will be responsible to pay shipping charges to ToolTown. ToolTown will pay shipping charges (if applicable) to ship the product back to the customer.
Items marked “Final Sale” on the sales receipt are not subject to this Return Policy.
